Accepting these terms

By using supadaa.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.

If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Who can order

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, and you must give us accurate contact and delivery details.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Give us correct and current details so we can deliver your order and contact you.
Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account.
We may suspend an account that is used to break these terms or the law.

Products and personalisation

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as we can. Colours on your screen may look slightly different from the product.

For personalised and customised products:

You are responsible for the text, name, logo, image and colour you submit. Please check them carefully before you pay.
We make the product as you submit it, including spelling and spacing.
Special characters cannot be embossed. Use upper case letters and numbers only. The text limit is usually 20 characters and can vary by product.
Logo or image uploads can be JPG, PNG or SVG, up to 5MB.
You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload. We may refuse or cancel an order that contains unlawful, offensive or infringing material.

Personalised and customised products are not eligible for return or cancellation.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Indian rupees (₹).
The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
If we find a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and contact you before the order is processed. If you do not want the order at the corrected price, we will cancel it.
Payments are handled by our payment partner over a secure connection. We do not store your card or UPI details.

Shipping and delivery

We provide free shipping in India on orders above Rs.599.
Standard delivery takes 1-3 working days.
Same day shipping is available only in Mumbai.

Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, weather or other events outside our control, but we will help you track your order. Please make sure someone can receive the parcel at the address you give us.

Returns, refunds and cancellations

Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective or incorrect products, and only if you tell us within 7 days of delivery. Personalised and customised products are not eligible for return or cancellation.

Our content

The Supadaa name, logo, product designs, photos and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may not copy, sell or reuse them without our written permission.

Your own logos, text and photos stay yours. By uploading them, you allow us to use them only to make and deliver your order.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

Use the website for anything unlawful or misleading.
Try to access accounts, systems or data that are not yours.
Upload viruses, scrape the website or overload our systems.
Misuse the support chat, for example with abusive or spam messages.

Support chat

Our support chat may use an automated assistant to answer common questions, and a team member can take over the conversation. Please do not share card numbers or passwords in the chat.

Our responsibility

We take care to make and deliver your order properly. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when they last changed. If you keep using the website after a change, you accept the updated terms. Orders already placed stay under the terms that applied when you placed them.
