What you give us. Name, phone number, email address, delivery address, and any message you send through chat or the contact page.
What you provide for personalised orders. Text, names, logos, photos and colour choices you submit so we can make your product.
What we collect automatically. Device and browser type, pages visited and general location, gathered through cookies and similar tools.

We do not store your card or UPI details. Payments are handled by our payment partner.

How we use it

To process, make, pack and deliver your order.
To send order updates, such as confirmation and shipping messages.
To answer your questions and review return requests.
To improve our website, products and service.
To send offers or news, only if you have agreed to receive them. You can opt out at any time.
To prevent fraud and meet legal requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with people who need it to serve you:

Payment partners to take your payment securely.
Courier and logistics partners to deliver your order. They receive your name, phone number and address.
Service providers who help us run the website, send messages or analyse traffic, under a duty to keep your data safe.
Authorities when the law requires us to.

Logos, text and photos you upload

Files you upload for personalised products are used only to make your order. We do not use them in our own marketing without asking you first. Please upload only material you have the right to use.

No method of storage or transfer is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security. If you think your account or data has been misused, tell us straight away.

How long we keep it

We keep your information for as long as we need it to fulfil your order, handle any return or complaint, and meet tax and accounting rules. After that, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Children

Our website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it last changed. If we make a significant change, we will tell you on the website.
